One group is looked after by three qualified employees. In the bilingual groups, there are native speakers who teach the children a foreign language or help to improve the child’s knowledge of their mother tongue through play.
In addition to looking after and nurturing your children, it is the job of our team to perform an evaluation of your child’s development on a quarterly basis if you so wish and to guarantee regular feedback between you and the employees.
We hold regular in-house seminars to train our employees and to ensure that the Mini-Mäuse philosophy is implemented.
All of our employees should enjoy working here and be enthusiastic about their work. That is why we offer the following preventative health care benefits free of charge:
- Back clinic
- Pilates
- Zumba
- Relaxation techniques
- Nutritional advice
- Advice on stopping smoking
In addition, every employee receives a Job-Ticket travel card to provide them with free environmentally friendly travel around the Bonn region.
Since the balance of work and family life is very important to us at Mini-Mäuse, it is only logical that our employees’ children are looked after free of charge here.

Educational management at Mini-Mäuse and development of the day care of Mini-Mäuse
“We want to shape the future now in order to ensure that the world remains ecologically, economically and socially intact for everyone.” Mini-Mäuse is committed to this important goal set out by the Haus der kleinen Forscher (Little Scientists’ House) foundation and regularly sends its employees on training courses relating to this great project so that they can then convey sensitivity and knowledge to the children when dealing with energy and environmental issues.
